About 021 Studio — Architecture & Interior Design Practice

Arena City, Kyiv, Ukraine Lisbon, Portugal 021 Studio is a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design practice based in Kyiv and Lisbon, founded by architects Ganna Sokolova and Olga Mozgova. The studio works across architecture, interiors, spatial concepts, commercial spaces and custom furniture. Our projects range from small retail and hospitality spaces to offices and private residences. Each project begins with its existing context - the space, its limitations, materials and the way it will be used. We believe that not every space needs to be completely transformed. Often, the starting point is to understand what is already there, what can be kept and what really needs to be added. We work with simple spatial decisions, natural light and a clever material palette, often leaving materials close to their original state. Rather than following a fixed visual language, we look for an individual solution for each project. Our aim is to create spaces that feel clear, functional and specific to their context, while using as few unnecessary interventions as possible.
